Welcome to the Sylvanacare website. Protecting your personal data is a priority for us.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you clearly, simply and comprehensively about how PER ANKH PROJECT, operating under the commercial name SYLVANA-CARE (hereinafter "Sylvanacare", "we", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data you provide us or that we collect when you use our website accessible at (hereinafter the "Site").
This policy applies exclusively to the showcase Site. The use of our "Sylvanacare AI" application platform is governed by its own Terms of Use and Consent, which are presented to you when you create your account on the application.

Article 2: Collected Data, Purposes and Legal Bases
We collect different types of data for specific purposes, based on defined legal bases.

Your personal data is retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
  • For contact requests: We retain your data for the duration necessary to process your request, then in an intermediate archive for a period of 3 years from our last contact, for commercial follow-up purposes.
  • For newsletter subscriptions: We retain your email address as long as you have not unsubscribed.
  • For navigation data (cookies): The retention period is a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with the regulations.
At the end of these periods, your data is either deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.

  • Authorized Sylvanacare personnel: Our teams (marketing, sales, technical) authorized to process your request.
  • Our subcontractors: We use trusted service providers who act on our behalf, based on our instructions and within the framework of a secure contract. This includes:
  • Our web host: IONOS SE (Germany).
  • Our audience analysis solutions: Google Analytics (USA).
  • Our email sending and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions: Mailchimp (USA), Sendinblue (France), HubSpot (USA).
  • Competent authorities: We may be required to share your data with judicial or administrative authorities if the law obliges us to do so.
We never sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Article 5: Data Transfers Outside the European Union and Switzerland
Some of our subcontractors (particularly for audience analysis or CRM) may be located outside the European Union or Switzerland, notably in the United States.
In such cases, we ensure that the transfer is framed by appropriate safeguards, in accordance with the regulations:
  • Either to a country offering an adequate level of data protection as determined by the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Council.
  • Or by signing the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to which additional security measures are added if necessary.
